Our History

Our first property Richmond House & St James House in Bracknell which was redesigned into modern corporate offices and provided to a few companies that are still partners with us to this day. Given the success of this serviced office space, the management and a feel for the industry, the second property added to the portfolio was Premier Gate which offered an alternative to the corporate world and was designed into more of a tech space. Things were really starting to take shape and a business model was born along with a management team that took pride in providing a quality service. The latest additions to the portfolio were Lily Hill House & Lily Hill Court which are set in the grounds of Lily hill park, this 18th century building was converted from a mansion to modern offices in which offered a unique way of life for all and really is the Gem in the crown so far.
